Hello there, Kieran, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy, am I excited for you! Not only will you be embarking on your VERY FIRST Disney Cruise... but it will be my personal favorite itinerary... a
Transatlantic sailing... AND a
Silver Anniversary at Sea Celebration! Wow! You sure know how to vacation!
I'd love to share what you can expect for your upcoming voyage. With 13 nights at sea, you will have the opportunity to enjoy so much during your cruise! That includes a formal night, semi-formal night, and a
Pirate Night too. You can expect formal night to be on the second night of your voyage, Pirate Night to be on the sixth evening, and semi-formal night to be on the ninth. For the rest of the days, cruise casual attire will be listed as the
suggested attire for the evening. Please do keep in mind that entertainment like Pirate Night is subject to change. On our transatlantic crossing, our Pirate Night shifted by one night to take advantage of better weather for the deck party and fireworks.
Did you know that each night of your journey you will be enjoying a different dining menu? There are no repeats! If you want to peek ahead at all of the dinner menus for your sailing, you can view them in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, once you are onboard the ship on the first day.
My family can't wait till we are able to sail on another transatlantic crossing. We absolutely loved it! We enjoyed getting to know the crew members and taking part in the unique offerings that are reserved just for the longer sailings. We built a boat, played a game of hide-and-seek with the officers of the ship, enjoyed a crew member talent show, special guest lectures, and much, much more.
Have an incredible time aboard the
Disney Dream! Bon Voyage!
