Heading for DW 3/7 and have the Dining Plan. If the adults want to order an appetizer (which is not covered) can they order one and just pay for that part separately? Thanks

Hi, Julie!  Yes!  You can add on whatever you wish to your meal.  When your check comes, it will just be added to the total.  My husband enjoys salads and my daughter likes soup, so we often add this onto our meal when we are on the Dining Plan.

Your check will be itemized with the cost of your additional items, suggested gratuities, and your remaining number of dining credits.    If your party consists of 6 or more guests, and automatic gratuity of 18% will be added.

I hope you enjoy the Dining Plan and all the great restaurants in WDW!  Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
