We are heading down in late Oct w/ 3 Kids. One of which is a 4 yr Old w/ Down Syndrome and feeding issues. We've heard through our Special Needs groups that the disability access rules are changing in Oct but we don't know how. Is it posted anywhere?

Hi Petar! Disney has indeed made some recent changes with their Guest Assistance Cards for the parks. The new system will use the Disability Access Service Cards. Guests who have family members with special needs will still be able to enjoy the attractions and parks with ease. Basically you will be asked to decide on an attraction and then head to a kiosk where they will provide you for a time when you can return to that attraction. That will give you the opportunity to enjoy other entertainment such as parades and shows between attraction times.

Check with the Disney Blog or the website as they add more information when the program begins on October 9.
