Hi there, Vinay, and welcome to planDisney!
There's just one more sleep until your vacation in The Most Magical Place on Earth, and I bet you're feeling the pixie dust already. But if you're feeling a bit like Cinderella as the clock inches closer to midnight, you've definitely come to the right place! As your own personal Fairy Godmother, I'm thrilled to help you plan a weekend that's as spectacular as Prince Charming's ball. So let's wave that magic wand and get straight to it!
When it comes to a Walt Disney World vacation, a little planning can go a long way. So before we get started, I want to remind you to download the My Disney Experience app (if you haven't already). This handy mouseketool is
basically your own magic wand! You'll use it to check wait times, access park maps, purchase
Lightning Lane passes, make Advance Dining Reservations, or even order food on the go using the
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering feature. It's truly my right-hand (wo)man whenever I'm in the parks!
Vinay, the order in which you visit the parks is really a personal preference. But if you ask me (and it seems that you are!), I'd recommend hitting EPCOT on Day One. There's just no better way to kick things off than an epic fireworks spectacular like
Luminous The Symphony of Us! You may also enjoy dinner at
Biergarten Restaurant, which my family loves for its immersive atmosphere and all-you-care-to-enjoy menu. I just took a peek, and as of right now, there are still several spots open for a party of up to six people!
On Day 2, check out Disney's Hollywood Studios, where you can join the resistance or "shrink" to the size of a toy. Use those Lightning Lane passes to maximize your time (don't worry, Disney World rides don't generally close for the cold), and don't forget to stop by
Ronto Roasters to try the iconic Ronto Wrap!
On your final day in Disney World, aim for an early start at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. The park closes at 6 PM on Monday, so you'll want to arrive bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and ready to walk on the wild side! Be sure to check out my favorite ride,
Avatar Flight of Passage, and the brand new
Zootopia: Better Together! show, located in the Discovery Island section of the park. For lunch, join the walk-up waitlist through your My Disney Experience app to snag a spot at
Nomad Lounge! This hidden gem is must-do for my family every time we visit!
I hope this information is helpful, Vinay, and that your visit is bibbidi bobbidi brilliant! If you have any other planning questions, you know where to find me right here at planDisney!
Adventure awaits,
Allison
