Hi. We are heading to Disney World in October. We wanted to book a dinner at T Rex restaurant, but our travel agent said that when she called, Disney Dining told her that it was now a "walk-up" restaurant. Does anyone know if this is true? Thank

    Hi Caryn!

While T-Rex does indeed offer walk-up availability, they also take reservations up to 180 days in advance. If you are a guest staying at a Walt Disney World resort you can even book your reservation 180 days + 10. This means that exactly 180 days from your check-in date you can book the dining for your entire vacation instead of having to book every single day individually.

My family and I just dined there a few weeks ago as this is a restaurant that my children often request on our vacations.  It's a little loud, but lots of fun and we can never pass up the chance to order the Chocolate Extinction!  This dessert can easily be shared by several people and is so much fun to see your dessert headed toward your table with plumes of smoke coming out of the middle!

I hope this was helpful, Caryn and please let me know if you have any other questions or need advice!

    Best Wishes!
