Parade at Magic Kingdom

Loren from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am heading to Disney world in January 9-12 2027 and wanted to know if there will be any parades or shows during this time?

How ya doin', Loren, and welcome to planDisney!

The magic is year-round at the Walt Disney World Resort. There's always something to see and experience. Currently, Magic Kingdom is home to the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade in the daytime and Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away in the evenings. While things are subject to change,  there appears to be no indication that either one of those spectacular offerings is heading anywhere anytime soon.

Now for shows, there are so many across the four parks, and like the parades mentioned before, there are no current rumblings about any of them going away. Classics like Beauty and the Beast-Live On Stage and Festival of the Lion King are still going strong, along with newer offerings like Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After.

Pro-tip: Check for parades and showtimes during your visit in the My Disney Experience app. After choosing the location icon at the bottom of the screen, you can choose one of the four theme parks and select the Entertainment icon. The map will then produce several icons for locations and times for everything available.

Loren, I hope I've been able to help you today. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
