Hello, Heading to Disney World. Can I drop off a pillow case at City Hall to have the Character's sign it or is that only on the Disney Cruise?

Hello Melissia thanks for bringing such a great question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I'm super excited to hEar you'll soon be heading off to enjoy what's sure to be an Incredible Summer at Walt Disney World Resort especially within the Magic Kingdom Park where Guests may take part in the super powered Incredible Tomorrowland Expo!
There are so many fun Character Experiences on offer at Walt Disney World Resort and although to the very best of my current knowledge I don't believe that Guests can drop items at City Hall to be signed by Disney characters I do know for sure that characters who are able will indeed be glad to sign autographs as and when you meet them. When my own Mouseketeers were younger our favourite way to meet and interact with beloved Disney pals was during Disney Character Dining experiences such as Chef Mickey's for instance where Mickey, Minnie & friends visit each table in turn and happily pose for lots of fun photographs and of course will sign a plethora of autographs for Guests.
Plus it may be useful to know that Shop Disney Parks carries a great selection of Autograph Books which would be practically perfect in every way for your upcoming Disney vacation.
    Have a great Disney day.
