Hi. We are heading to Disney in a week. Exciting times! I have seen the info on a few "lounges/cocktail bars on the planning website. Is it possible to take my teen-aged daughters into the "lounges" with us?

    Hi Deborah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! I love dining in Walt Disney World Resort’s lounges. I find that they offer the ultimate in comfort and dining options, all without requiring a Disney dining reservation, which is especially handy for last-minute trips.

I’m happy to report that I’ve dined in several lounges with my little guy (who isn’t even a teenager yet) with no problems. In fact, the only Walt Disney World Resort lounge location that, to my knowledge, places restrictions on when minors can be present is Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, where minors are no longer allowed as of 8:00 p.m.

Two of my favourite lounges are California Grill Lounge and Nomad Lounge, so be sure to include them in your list of lounges to visit during your visit to Walt Disney World next week!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
