We are heading to Disney this spring for 5 nights, & I'm wondering if the QSmeal plan is worth it? We don't eat big on vacation, we're too busy trying to see and do everything, & I'm having trouble figuring how 4 light eaters will get $700 worth o

Hi Ashley! For those guests who don't feel like they will be spending a lot of time eating the Quick Service Dining Plan is ideal.  It is not a secret that the food at Disney is not inexpensive.  This plan will allow you to grab and go a bite to eat twice a day and in between get a snack which doesn't necessarily mean food.  You can use that credit for bottled water or a soda in the parks which can add up. Many guests like to eat a bite to eat early before lunch then grab a snack mid day such as popcorn and then find something to hold them over through the night in the early evening.

There are great choices for Quick Service at the resorts and in the parks.  This is not gourmet food but it is quality and can be anything from a hamburger to the best barbecue ever at Flametree in the Animal Kingdom park. You can order salads and sides and it doesn't have to be heavy meals.

Food costs will add up quickly at Walt Disney World. Many guests come unprepared for that additional cost and this is why the meal plans work well. You aren't worrying about how much money to bring and if you will be bringing enough to cover your costs as it is already put into your package price. Guests have found them to be well worth the extra cost to the package.
