Hello! We are heading to Disney soon. We have fast passes but our phones are too old to access the app. Is there another way we can make reservations using the fast passes ahead of time?

    Hi Kayley!

I'm notorious for keeping my phone until it dies or it breaks, so I have definitely been in your shoes of not being able to launch a bird at pigs or whatever the latest fad phone game is. While I absolutely love the My Disney Experience Mobile App and everything that it can do, from provide your GPS location on a park map to ordering meals at select Quick-Service restaurants, you'll be happy to know that you can still have an amazing Disney Day without being glued to your cell phone.

To make FastPass+ reservations now, simply log in to your My Disney Experience Account on a computer. On the options bar of drop downs near the top of the page, select 'My Disney Experience' all the way on the right. From the drop down box, select 'FastPass+' under the Plan and Manage section. From here you'll be able to select three attraction reservations per day for the length of your vacation once you're 30 days away from your first park day. Guests of a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel are able to make these selections 60 days before they step through a turnstile.

Once you've enjoyed your third FastPass+ selection of the day, you're able to make additional reservations, one at a time, and these bonus experiences can even be located in another park. To make extra selections without the My Disney Experience App, head for a FastPass+ Kiosk, of which there are at least three in each of the four Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks.

I hope this helped, Kayley, and We'll See You Real Soon!
