Royal greetings, Angela! Welcome to the kingdom of planDisney!
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a truly enchanting experience (and very popular, so make those reservations as soon as you’re eligible to do so). When my now-teenage daughter was 4 years old, we made her an appointment with the Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices, and it is one of my favorite Walt Disney World memories. The photos of her in that Elena of Avalor dress with her hair all done up are just priceless.
Based on my personal experience, I would try to book your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations for the same time or as close together as possible. Your children are going to have a magical time regardless, but I think your experience will be much better if your family is at the same place at the same time. I remember trying to entertain my then 2-year-old son while his sister enjoyed her makeover (Mom and I took turns since neither of us wanted to miss her royal transformation), and it added a bit of stress to be pulled in multiple directions. Also, with each appointment taking up to 90 minutes (depending on the selected package), having two simultaneous reservations will allow you to enjoy more of the
Magic Kingdom.
Tell the Fairy Godmother’s Apprentice at check-in that you have two reservations, and they’ll do their best to have your kids sit near each other once inside. And after your kids are bibbidi bobbidi beautiful in their new outfits, don’t miss the opportunity for a photoshoot next door at
Sir Mickey’s. There is no additional fee, and the photos are included with your MemoryMaker purchase.
Angela, I hope this information is helpful and that you have a princess-worthy day visiting the Magic Kingdom. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have more questions as your vacation approaches. We’re always happy to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
