    Hello, we are heading to disney january 7-15. We are staying at the GF in sugar loaf. I am wondering if it is possible to get into the main building concierge floor with our key to suagr loaf? Thanks, love the panel :)

    Hi Katie,

    I called the Grand Floridian on your behalf, and only guests who are staying in the main building have access to the concierge lounge/services offered there, even if they are guests at the Sugar Loaf  Concierge level. However, you will be able to enjoy the full concierge service at Sugar Loaf Key.
