Hi, heading to Disney from Jan 5- Jan 12th. Are there any dessert parties still going on such as Star Wars and Frozen? Thanks!

    Hello, Imelda!

Thank you for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your trip is so close! I bet you can almost hear the fireworks!

You're already able to book reservations for three fantastic Dessert Parties at Magic Kingdom Park: the Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing, the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace, and the Magic Kingdom After-Fireworks Dessert Party. While they're all excellent, they may fit differently into your plans.

The Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing is excellent for families that want to see the Happily Ever After Fireworks Show projections from a closer viewpoint. The Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace is perfect for those who'd like to rest during the show, as it offers a comfortable seating area at the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant. This option could be ideal for a romantic night out or a multigenerational vacation, for example.

Finally, the Magic Kingdom After-Fireworks Dessert Party is ideal for those who want to rest after the fireworks and end the night on the highest of notes. This choice is perfect for people like my husband, who is usually hungry after the fireworks. Booking this Dessert Party is the best way to make sure that he is fed and happy before going back to our Disney Resort hotel.

The remarkable Rivers of Light: We Are One Dessert Party is also open for reservations at the beginning of January, and it's a fantastic choice if you intend to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. The desserts at this party are some of the cutest I've ever seen, and the setting really makes you feel like a VIP!

Reservations for Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot World Showcase and Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios are not open yet. They may become available soon, so it's wise to keep an eye on their webpages so that you can book them as soon as their calendars open!

I hope that these suggestions help you, Imelda! It is a pleasure to help you plan, so let us know if more questions pop up before January. We're here to help you make your dreams come true!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
