Hello Sandy!
It looks that you are ready for your vacation.
My best recommendation is to arrive at the parks before opening time, allowing you to enjoy the parks with the lowest crowd levels of the day. Late night hours may also have low crowd levels.
Bring water shows and ponchos, not only for the rain, but also for the attractions that may get you soak.
Try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before all your dining reservations.
Dining Plans include lots of food, so you may want to share your orders.
Signature Restaurants at Walt Disney World offer awesome dining experiences not to be missed during your visit. California Grill, Artisit Point, Jiko - The Cooking Place, Le Cellier and Yachtsman Steakhouse are my top choices.
The Pirates League is one of my family's favorite experiences to share. Captain Jack's crew will make you laugh as they teach guests how to become pirates and mermaids.
Animal Kingdom is a park full of awesome experiences for kids, so make sure to visit every corner of the park.
Relax and embrace every day, as your family will have great memories to cherish and share.
Glad to help you plan a magical Disney vacation.
Enjoy your stay.
Miguel
