Hi! We are heading to Disney in a few weeks ... because I'm traveling with very thirsty teen boys, and we're on a budget, I'm wondering where in each park we can find quick service meals that include free refills on soft drinks. Thanks!

Hi, Elizabeth! It's so nice to see you again here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Grab yourself a cold beverage and join me for a chat about quenching a powerful thirst at the Walt Disney World Resort!

As my friends will tell you, I'm a soda fiend. That means I'm always on the lookout for spots where I can fill up on my favorite fizzy drinks. There are a number of quick-service restaurants around the Theme Parks that offer self-serve beverage stations where you can refill as many times as you like during your meal. Here's a rundown:

    Epcot: Electric Umbrella, Sunshine Seasons
    Disney's Hollywood Studios: Backlot Express
    Disney's Animal Kingdom Park: Restaurantosaurus

At Magic Kingdom Park, Be Our Guest Restaurant is considered quick-service for breakfast and lunch only and features self-serve soda stations during those mealtimes. However, it's very popular and you'd likely need a reservation to dine there. Another option is to monorail it on over to one of the Resort hotels nearby and hit one of the quick-service spots inside.

Elizabeth, you can always bring your own sodas and water into the Theme Parks with you, and free cups of ice water are available at most counter-service locations.

I hope this helps you keep those thirsty teens hydrated, Elizabeth! Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions. I'll save you a seat by the soda fountain!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
