Heading to Disney with a family group of 11. Our group includes a 4year old and a pair of 2year olds. Is the Wave at the Contemporary appropriate for our group? Primarily the kids? Heard such great stuff about the Wave and would love to try it.

Your large group (including youngsters) is more than welcome at The Wave, Dave.  In fact, you might find that the soothing, dim lighting and laid back ambiance is just the thing to ground those little ones after a stimulating day of touring the parks.  During our most recent dining experience at The Wave, my five-year-old son made quick friends with a couple of young (maybe three-year-old?) girls while we were waiting to be seated.  The population of young children was even more pronounced when we made it to the dining room.  I don't think you'll feel at all out of place dining at The Wave with young children.  And you're definitely in for a treat; both the food and service there are great.  Enjoy!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
