Hi Moms, Heading to Disney in 30 day! My youngest daughter will be 5 and is dressing up as a princess. My oldest daughter is 11 and also wants to dress as a princess. I know Adults can't dress up in the parks. Is their an age restriction for kids? Thanks!!

    Hi Heather,

I say count your blessings that your 11 year old still wants to dress up!  I also have an 11 year old daughter who has decided she wants to dress "Disney inspired" while in the theme parks instead of wearing princess dresses anymore.  Although the DisneyBounding trend is a lot of fun, I do still miss the days of having a little princess walking around with me in the theme parks.

Heather I looked and could not find a specific age limit, merely that adults are asked to refrain from dressing in costume.  I do not think that your 11 year old will have any problems if she wishes to dress as a princess.  In fact she is still eligible to participate in a makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique where they transform little girls ages 3-12 into their very own princess.  My own 11 year old is very tall for her age and yet she would never be mistaken for an adult.

Have a Magical vacation Heather!  Enjoy these special life moments with your daughters because this is the Magic of Disney where 11 year olds can still be a princess in their hearts.

    Blessings,
