    We are heading to Disney on August 15th. It is our sons first trip He is 7. What are good restaurants for character dining that he would enjoy?

    Hi Jaime!!!

    Congratulations on your son's upcoming first Walt Disney World Vacation!!  I know you must be so excited for him!!!  I would love to recommend some character dining locations that I think he may enjoy.  
    The first one is Chip 'n Dale's Harvest Feast at The Garden Grill at Epcot.  This is located in the Land Pavilion just up the escalator from Soarin'.  This is a dinner only offering in a very unique revolving restaurant around the Living with the Land attraction.  It is served family style with various meats, veggies, and salad and is all you can eat!!  He will have a chance to see Farmer Mickey, Pluto, and of course, Chip and Dale!!  I consider this a hidden gem on the Character Dining List!!!

    At Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park there is Donald's Safari Breakfast (and also Lunch) at the Tusker House Restaurant.  This is a very cool dining experience with Donald, Daisy, Mickey, and Goofy in their safari attire.  Both meal offers are buffet style!!

    The overwhelming favorite for Character Dining Experiences is Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  This has buffet offerings for Breakfast and Dinner.  This is the only location that you get to see the Fab Five all together:  Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto!!  This is a very fun and festive atmosphere and is a lot of fun!!!
