Heading to Disney April 14 and have breakfast booked at Ohana at 7:50 that morning. We're staying at Art of Animation and want to know the best way to get there. Do busses run that early? I assume we'd have to leave AoA pre-7am. Our party is 13pl

    Hi Sarah,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am sending lots of extra pixie dust your way as you finalize plans for the group!

As you consider your transportation, be sure that you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App. The app has a handy "Get Directions" feature that will allow you to see transit options and estimated transit times between locations. Also, review the Resort Transportation options. Buses officially start running approximately 45 minutes before park opening.

We often do pre-park opening breakfast reservations and buses have been scarce, so we take alternate transportation through Uber or taxi services. When we stay at a resort hotel with access to the resort monorail, we have been able to take the monorail by 7:15 a.m. or 7:30 a.m. to a few places. Since you are traveling from Disney's Art of Animation Resort Hotel with such a large group, I suggest that you pre-arrange a pick-up by 7:10 a.m.

Now, guests at select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels can also take Minnie Van™ Service. Although Disney's Art of Animation is not a participating location at this time, check again when you arrive. Participating locations are subject to change.

Sarah, Disney's Art of Animation Resort is such a fun resort. I could stay in the Big Blue Pool forever. Most important, may patience be your guide as you to lead the crew through the parks!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
