Hiya, Ami! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing us your question!
It’s great that you’re headed back to Walt Disney World! While there’s nothing like the magic of a first visit to the Vacation Kingdom, I love the return trips where you get to experience your park favorites all over again and soak up all the little details.
Single-rider lines are a great way to maximize your park day, especially if you’re traveling solo or if everyone in your party doesn't want to go on the same rides. There are a few attractions that offer the single-rider option regularly.
Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom
Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios
Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run at Hollywood Studios
Test Track at EPCOT would normally be on that list, but at the time of this writing, it is currently closed for reimagining. Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and other Disney sites for updates about its reopening.
Some attractions may offer a single-rider option for a limited time. I’ve heard from my friends in the parks that
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT and
Rise of the Resistance at Hollywood Studios currently have single-rider lines, but it’s subject to change. I’d recommend asking a Cast Member at the beginning of your parks day for the most up-to-date info regarding which rides have a single-rider option.
I hope this helps with your Disney parks planning, Ami! Before you know it you’ll be piloting the Millennium Falcon, narrowly escaping the Yeti, and zooming off to an Aerosmith concert.
