    Hi - we are heading back to Disney in March 2017 and I do not have our original magic bands...how do I get new ones? On my profile it shows the other ones... Thanks so much!!

    Greetings, Denise, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your question regarding MagicBands.

    Aren't MagicBands so convenient? You'll be pleased to hear that if you are a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder or stay at a Disney Resort hotel you will automatically receive a MagicBand. As well, Disney Resort hotel Guests also have many unique and exclusive conveniences and amenities adding so much extra vacation magic. Denise, you have the option of purchasing MagicBands from the Shop Disney Parks app, the Disney Store online or at select Walt Disney World Resort retail locations.

    As soon as you book your Disney Resort hotel Guest room or a Magic Your Way Vacation Package you can proceed to customize your new MagicBands through your My Disney Experience account online. If you customize your MagicBand 11 days before your arrival, it will be shipped to your home. If you customize your MagicBand between 10 days and 6 days before your arrive, your MagicBand will be waiting for you upon your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel. If you do not customize your MagicBand until 5 days or less before your arrival, a non-customized MagicBand will be waiting for you at your Disney Resort hotel.
