    Heading back to Disney in July, we are all wanting to change our magic band colors but My Disney Experience is keeping them the same from our last visit. How can I fix this? Thank you!!!

    Hi Kristi!

    You can customize your new MagicBands by logging in to your My Disney Experience Account and clicking on "MagicBands and Cards" and then click on your reservation.  The next screen should show all of the Guests on your reservation with a gray MagicBand to start.  To change the color (and name if you'd like), click on "Customize" for each Guest.  The next screen will give you color options.  Make sure you click "Save" when you are done customizing each MagicBand.  If for some reason your customizations aren't saving, a call to the My Disney Experience help line is in order at (407) 939-4357.
