    We are heading to Animal Kingdom Lodge in April. We are bringing our newest granddaughter and her parents. We would like to send diapers to the hotel. Can you tell me what is the best way to do this? Thank you in advance!

    What a magical trip you have planned this spring visiting with your newest granddaughter!  I'm so excited for your family and all the new magical memories you will be making together. Sending packages beforehand can certainly help to make your traveling easier and certainly lighter.  To send a package to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge,  you'll want to write the address label as follows:

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
    Guest: write the name of the person whose name is on the reservation Arrival Date: write your arrival date
    2901 Osceola Parkway
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8410

    When you check-in, you can ask a cast member if the package has arrived.  If you'd like assistance with it, Bell Services can help you.  Please note that there will be a nominal service fee added to your room charge for each package that is delivered to the resort. I'd also encourage you to have the package arrive no earlier than a week of your arrival.
