    We are headed to WDW this week. The park hours currently say that Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00 AM. I was wondering what time we should get to the park to see the opening show. Do they do this show before magic hours or regular hours?

    The Magic Kingdom Welcome Show is always at the top of my family's must-do list. Typically this show begins about 20 minutes before theme park opening, and I suggest planning to arrive at least 35 minutes before to ensure you have plenty of time to go through the security and bag check area and the admission touchpoints. If the Magic Kingdom has morning Extra Magic Hours, then you can still expect the show to occur 20 minutes before. Be sure to check the entertainment schedule online or the My Disney Experience mobile app for the exact show time for the day you plan to visit.
