Headed to WDW with our two boys (4.5 and almost 2) 10/16/2011-10/23/2011 and have a 5 day MYW w/o PH. We plan to hit Fantasmic! at HS and thought we could do either Wishes or Illumination, but not both b/c of late night. Which would be the one to see?

It's hard to choose one, Emily, because both shows are fantastic.  Given the ages of your boys, though, I'd definitely recommend Wishes Nighttime Spectacular as the one to carve out time for.  Not only will your sons be mesmerized by the brilliant fireworks exploding in the sky, but so, too, will they recognize the voices of some well-known Disney characters sprinkled in to the musical score.  And with a backdrop as magnificent as Cinderella castle, what child wouldn't be in awe of such show?  It's sure to leave them with magical memories.  Enjoy!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
