We are headed to WDW on the 26th, I read somewhere on someones blog about paying more for parking maybe $30/day vs $20/day ?? Can you give me more info?!

    Hi Michelle,

What better way to kick off your summer than with a vacation to Walt Disney World! I'm excited to hear you're heading to the magic. The forecast for this summer is looking super cool and incredible, and it looks like you're arriving just in time to enjoy the Incredible Summer celebration. You're also arriving just in time to still take in the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, and that's always one of the best times to see Epcot in its full bloom beauty.

I'm happy to help share more information with you about parking at Walt Disney World. If you made your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation March 21, 2018 or after, then there are new self-parking rates that apply. Standard overnight self-parking varies by Resort Hotel type (Disney Value Resorts: $13 per night; Disney Moderate Resorts: $19 per night; Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts: $24 per night). Theme Park parking varies by parking type (Standard: $22 per day; Oversized Vehicle: $27 per day; Preferred: $45 per day).

You can review all the current rates and details for self-parking at Walt Disney World Resort on the Guest Services section of the Walt Disney World website.

Michelle, here's wishing you lots of magic for your Walt Disney World vacation and all summer long.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
