We are headed to WDW in November. So excited! I am worried though because a lot of the parks are showing early closing times. Will those times possibly be adjusted closer to the date?

Hey there, Tiffany! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for bringing us your question!

I’m so excited you are planning a visit during November. It’s one of my favorite times of the year to visit. The Christmas and Holiday décor is up and ready for the season and with all the holiday special events and celebrations, it’s a truly magical time to be there!

Tiffany, park schedules are always subject to change, but maybe some of the early closings, specifically if you’re looking at Magic Kingdom, are due to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party nights.  On these days, the regular park hours are set to close at 6 pm to make way for guests who have purchased the special event tickets for the party which begins at 7 pm.

If you are staying at one of the wonderful Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, you will be able to enjoy Extra Magic Hours at the parks, one of the many perks of staying on property. These Extra Magic Hours are a perfect time to be at the parks with fewer guests and shorter wait times, allowing guests to enjoy even more of the magic during their visit.

I hope this helped answer your question. As a personal rule of thumb, I check back schedules as my arrival date approaches to see if anything has been adjusted so I can plan accordingly. Be sure to check back for these changes and don’t hesitate to come back and see us for any additional tips or help with your upcoming visit to the place where the magic is endless!
