Hi there, we are headed to WDW in 44 days! We purchased tickets for Disney Villains After Hours for 2/28/2020. I just saw that the closing time for MK has been pushed back from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. that night. Any word on how that will affect the event?

    Hi Tracie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be getting so excited about your upcoming trip! With just a little over a month away, I hope you are starting your countdown.

You are in for a wickedly good time at the Disney Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park event. With so much frightful fun in store, the hardest decision you will have to make that night is where to begin! Be sure to check out some of the exclusive merchandise that you won’t find during regular hours. With endless Ice Cream, Popcorn, & Select beverages included, including some delicious villain-themed food for purchase, you’ll have plenty of food available throughout the evening to keep you energized.

It looks like on the evening of your party Disney Villains After Hours takes place from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM. You can enter Magic Kingdom Theme Park as early as 7:00 PM. It has been my experience that guests of The Disney After Hours events will receive wristbands upon check in to the event. Throughout the evening, once the party has started, you may be asked to show your wristband. This is how the Cast Members assure that only guests of the party have access! Once Magic Kingdom Theme Park closes to the general public for the evening, the Cast Members do a fabulous job of clearing out the theme park to make way for all of you Villains coming in for the party.

I hope that you have a frightfully good time!
