We are headed on the Halloween cruise Oct 14 to the 18th. There is a large group of us going. I was wondering if the navigator is available for those dates

    Hi there, Christine!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Oh, my goodness…you are going to have a SPOOKTACULAR time on your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation!  My family’s very first Disney Cruise Line vacation was during a Halloween on the High Seas voyage and we had the best time!  From the holiday décor to Mickey’s Mousequerade Party, it’s non-stop fun!

I think a cruise is the perfect vacation for a group…there is so much to do and something for everyone!  My extended family set sail with us earlier this year and it was so much fun!  Not only did we make great memories together, but everyone was able to do what they wanted to knowing we would all certainly meet up for dinner!  So, while my mom and stepdad found themselves playing Bingo any chance they could (and my mom came out as the big jackpot winner!), the Mouseketeers were in the Youth Clubs and my husband and I were at the Quiet Cove pool!  Everyone was able to make their vacation their own but we still had plenty of memory making moments!

During your four-night adventure at sea, you can expect to have two cruise casual nights, one optional dress-up night and a fun-Pirate themed night.  You will also have the opportunity to dress up for a Halloween celebration, if you choose to...completely optional, but lots of fun!  While subject to change, currently your itinerary shows that Pirate Night is scheduled for Day Three.  Unfortunately, since specific onboard activities and entertainment are not finalized until right before your voyage, you will have to wait until you get onboard to access the schedule.  The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will be your “go to” while onboard (although you can use it now to book onboard fun) for a complete schedule of everything going on while onboard!  Additionally, the chat feature on it is super handy when traveling with a group because you can message one another while onboard by simply connecting to the DCL-GUEST network.

I know you are going to have an amazing time and make some long-lasting memories on your adventure with Captain Mickey!  Please come back with any other questions you have as you continue planning for this unforgettable vacation!

    Happy Sailing!
