Hello, We’re headed down Thanksgiving week. Can you tell me what the current magic band charging limits are for moderate resorts please? Thanks! Jen

    Hi Jennifer!

MagicBands are such a convenient (and fashionable) way to make purchases, enter theme parks (with valid theme park admission), check in for your FastPass+ selections, unlock your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel room door, connect your Disney PhotoPass Photos to your My Disney Experience account, and more!

Although charging limits are always subject to change, the current charging limit for Moderate Resort Hotels is $1,500.  That being said, you can always speak with the Cast Members at the Front Desk if you would like to raise this limit, but that is something that would have to be done in person.  Once you reach this limit (or very near it), the charges will be transferred from your resort account and will be charged to the credit card you have on file.  At that point, your charge balance will be reset to $0, and the process will begin again.

While you're visiting, make sure you check out all of the magical holiday fun that can be found throughout the Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
