Hi Melissa,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I'm thrilled to know you'll be visiting the
Disneyland Resort in early November!
While it's a great time to go to the Parks since the Halloween Time crowds will be gone and the weather promises to be
practically perfect in every way– you will be arriving during a time of transition for the Parks.
As soon as
Halloween Time Festivities end on October 31, the Disneyland Resort immediately begins taking down its Fall decorations to bring out all the Holiday decor.
They do an incredible job in transforming the Park into a Winter Wonderland in a very short amount of time but I believe the expected day of completion is November 9. This would make your travel date too early to experience the full Holiday immersion at the Parks.
The good news– you may catch a few candy canes and perhaps the first part of the giant Christmas Tree decorating Main Street U.S.A.
Also, the
Haunted Mansion Holiday will still be there for your enjoyment.
The Haunted Mansion Holiday is a complete transformation of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion attraction when in becomes Jack Skellington's Home from Tim Burton's
The Nightmare Before Christmas.
You will also have a chance to check out the nighttime spectacular, Fantasmic! which is made all the better if you purchase a dining package to go along because it will get you preferred viewing area vouchers for Fantasmic!
I hope this helps.
Have a Very Merry Unbirthday!
