    We are headed to DisneyWorld for the first time this March. We received a ton of gift cards for Christmas to help supplement this and many say shop, dine, etc... Can someone please tell where these can be used? Character dining? Parking? Etc...Many Thanks!

    Hi Erin!

    Disney gift cards make the perfect gift for someone heading to Walt Disney World!  You can use your Disney gift cards pretty much anywhere around Walt Disney World Resort.  You can use them for any Disney restaurant, including all of the character dining, all of the Disney gift shops, the food carts where credit cards are accepted and parking.  I did recently find out that you can not use it for valet parking at the resorts.  They are also not accepted to purchase a balloon at the parks since they only accept cash.  If you are looking to spend your gift card money at Downtown Disney, it will only be accepted at Disney owned and operated merchants and restaurants.  Your safest bet there is to ask first before you start shopping.
