Headed to Disneyworld 8/27-9/2. Currently have res for Cinderella's Royal Table, Chef Mickeys, Hollywood & Vine, Coral Reef, Teppan Edo and Crystal Palace. Are there any other restaurants that you recommenend for a great experience (girls 10 an 4)?

    Hi Tinisha,

You have made some fantastic dining reservations already and I am sure that your girls are going to have a blast!

Two of my 7-year-old sons favourite places to eat at Walt Disney World are as follows:-

1/ Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort
This is a very family orientated restaurant which can be a little rowdy but also a lot of fun. All guests dining here for dinner are invited to take part in the hokey pokey and children are also able to ride around the restaurant on wooden horses. If you do decide to eat here, don't forget to ask for ketchup!

    2/ Ohana's at Disney's Polynesian Resort
This restaurant is both family friendly and very entertaining. At dinner, everyone is encouraged to play with hula-hoops and dance to island music and children are also able to participate in coconut races and limbo activities. If you time it right, you will be able to end the evening by watching Wishes and the Electrical Water Pageant from the resorts beach.

Wishing you all a magical trip!
