    Hi there! We are headed to Disney's Wilderness Lodge in early November 2016. I wonder if the Lodge will be decorated for Christmas during this time? If the Chip 'n Dale Sing-a-Long will be available? And if the carriage rides will be available?

    Hi Andrea! The Holiday decorations around the parks and resorts will start popping up immediately after Halloween. This varies from year to year about the timing so it is impossible to know exactly when each resort will have theirs up completely. The great Grand Floridian gingerbread house and the Beach Club chocolate carrousel all go up much later.

    Chip and Dale's Campfire Singalong is held nightly all year unless bad weather and it is at the Fort Wilderness Resort. You can reach this resort from the Wilderness Lodge by boat which will depart every 15-20 minutes from the boat dock. Once you arrive at Fort Wilderness it is a fairly short walk or you can hop on the internal bus. Let the driver know where you need to go and they will let you know which stop is the correct one.

    You can also make reservations 180 days out for the Disney Carriage Rides. You can book one of these at several locations that include the Fort Wilderness Resort. Simply call 407-WDW-PLAY to book one during your stay. Again they can be booked at all times of the year and but can be canceled due to weather.
