We are headed to Disneyland and were wondering about our breakfast options. We're staying at the Gr. Cal. and know about the character dining for breakfast, but we're looking for something quicker and cheaper, but not just sweets. What do you recommend?

There are many great places to eat at the Disneyland Resort. For breakfast there are some great spots right outside your door. Downtown Disney has some great morning meals. I recently took my two little girls to the Rainforest Café and that place is cool. They have the neatest aquarium and exotic fish which my kids took so many photos of. You will also enjoy the neat animatronic animals and the great water effect in there. Another great choice opens this summer, the Earl of Sandwich. The one at Walt Disney World offers some great food options, including breakfast meals that had people waiting for the great food. Lastly, if you are in a soulful mood in the morning, check out the Gospel Brunch at the House of Blues. This one of a kind experience will raise your spirits while eating a great meal. I hope this assists you in your morning eating options. Have a magical vacation.
