Your son is welcome to wear the entire Peter Pan getup, tights included, but there are no weapons allowed, including look-alikes.
Weapons of any kind are banned, including toys, squirt guns, etc. The only kind of thing that has been allowed are light sabers, since they only “existed a long time ago and far, far away.” I’m sure a little pixie dust would make a fine accessory to his costume; perhaps you will be visiting in time to catch
