Jayme from MD Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We are headed to Disney World in early March and my mom was wondering if there are any live cameras we could stand in front of and wave to so she could see us from home?

    Hi there, Jayme!

At this point, Walt Disney World does not have any live web cams located on the grounds of the Parks or the Resorts.

With Guests now receiving free wifi at many of the Resorts, you could, if you are staying at one of these Resorts, consider setting up a video teleconference and giving a virtual tour of the room and/or grounds, as much as the wifi will accommodate.

You could also consider creating a brief video and texting/emailing it; this is not, of course, in real time, but it might give a good indication of where you are at approximately that moment.

This is a wonderful suggestion, though, and you certainly might consider submitting it to Disney's responsive customer service.

    Have a terrific trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
