summer is going to be an amazing time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and you have picked the perfect hotel for your home base at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort!
I love this question, and it sounds like maybe you have a little bit of experience on
Disney Cruise Line! Decorating cruise stateroom doors is a fun tradition and a way families can personalize their stay. Cruise doors are metal to meet safety at sea regulations, but unfortunately the resort hotel rooms at Art of Animation are not metal and therefore not magnetic. At Walt Disney World, Guests are welcome to decorate their windows and the interior of the room but not their hotel room door.
I know this isn’t the news you were hoping for, but there are still some ways you can bring some fun decor to personalize your room for your family! Window clings are a great way to add a little extra pixie dust to the room. You could also consider bringing a festive banner to hang inside the hotel room. A really fun option would be to set up a delivery from
Magical Floral and Gifts. I think the gift baskets are an especially fun way to bring some extra Disney magic to your room!
