Hi Crystal,
Welcome to planDisney!
How wonderful to plan a visit to Disney during the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort! Although you will arrive right at the end of the official celebration, you should still experience some of the magic of the season! Although Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party ends on December 20th this year, the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays Presented by AdventHealth will have a few days remaining! Also keep your eye on the
park calendar for the days of your visit. Although the Magic Kingdom parade times are not yet published for the dates of your visit, Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks are scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
At EPCOT's International Festival of the Holidays, my family loves the Candlelight Processional. We always do a dining package to get tickets to the show. I recommend that you search for availability with the
Candlelight Processional Dining Package. Also check out the
Ultimate Walt Disney World Holiday Guide. Remember to review the
Holidays at Disney Springs guide as well. When my girls were younger, we went to visit
Santa at Disney Springs and I loved the virtual queue option.
Crystal, the parks and resorts will still be beautifully decorated when you arrive. It truly is a joyous time of year. Also know that at Disney's Hollywood & Vine restaurant located at Disney's Hollywood Studios, you should still be able to join Minnie Mouse and a few of her friends at the
Holiday Dine. My family loves this time of year and also have a December trip planned. It has become a tradition! In the meantime, keep up your
practically perfect planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
