    Headed to Disney in February for our second trip! We have ADR at 1900 Park Farre for dinner and was wondering how quickly we can get from the Magic Kingdom to the Grand Floridian. The monorail is scheduled for refurbishment during this time.

    Hi John!

    I am certain that you will enjoy your dining reservation at 1900 Park Fare!  Because this monorail system adjustment period is new, I am afraid I can not tell you exactly how long your trip from Magic Kingdom Park to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be.  I can tell you that there is always a boat that runs from Magic Kingdom to the resort.  Not counting wait time for a boat, the trip takes a little over 10 minutes or so. I have also heard that there is a plan for extra buses and boats to transport guests to their destinations during the time the monorails are out of service.  I hope this helps you.
