Hi Krista,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! While my family and I are still omnivores, I’ve been slowly shifting our diet towards more vegan options for environmental and health reasons.
I’m happy to say that there are some excellent Disney dining locations that will have delicious vegan options for you during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Aside from checking out each restaurant's online menu, another great resource for you would be an unofficial page called “Vegan Disney World”, which includes a specific list of what options are available to you in the Theme Parks, with another section dedicated specifically to "Whole Food - Plant Based" options.
Some of my favourites include:
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen at Magic Kingdom Park,
Restaurant Marrakesh at Epcot,
Tiffins at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park and the
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Because Disney Dining locations are constantly changing ingredients and suppliers, please ask your server whether any of the options that you see on the menu are vegan.
Finally, if you do plan to eat at a “table service” (i.e. sit down) restaurant during your Disney Days, I highly recommend making a dining reservation at the locations that you choose. Tables aren’t set aside for “walk ups” so you might be out of luck if you don’t reserve in advance.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
