Hi! We are headed to Disney in Aug. '10. I have reservations for b-fast at Chef Mickey's (yay!) at 11:20. Will we have time to squeeze anything in at MK before breakfast? I don't want to be too rushed with our 3 yo DS. I want him be able to enjoy it!

Hi Julie!  I would definitely head to the Magic Kingdom and be there when it opens. (usually around 9:00am) Take the walk down Main Street and head to Fantasyland where you should be able to get in a few attractions before it is time to leave to go to the Contemporary resort.

I would suggest you enjoy attractions such as Peter Pan that will have long lines later in the day and do that first and then check to see how your timing is.  Its a Small World will generally not have a long line so you could do that next or the Cinderella's Carrousel.

So you are not stressed and rushing I suggest you head back out of the park around 10:35/10:40.  The Contemporary resort is about an 8 minute walk from the park if you chose that mode or a quick 3 minute monorail ride.  You must always build in wait time when taking Disney transportation.  When you are finished with this wonderful character dining experience you can head back to the Magic Kingdom again for more hours of fun!
