Hi, Lydia!
I hope this answer gets to you before you sail away on the Disney Dream later today. You're about to embark on the most magical vacation you can imagine!
I've spoken with the folks at Disney Cruise Line to find out which feature films you'll be able to enjoy on your sailing (please note, these are always subject to change). Grab some popcorn and head to the beautiful
Buena Vista Theatre to see the following:
Big Hero 6
Cinderella (live action, 2015)
Tomorrowland
Inside Out
Ant-Man
Bridge of Spies, starring Tom Hanks
The Good Dinosaur (We just saw this on Thanksgiving - it's awesome. Bring some tissues, it will tug at your heartstrings!)
You'll also be able to catch classic Disney films each day on Funnel Vision - the jumbo screen that towers above the pool deck. Information about movie times and titles can be found in your Personal Navigator, a daily schedule of the ship's activities, delivered to your stateroom each night.
As for Character Greetings, you'll be able to meet all of your favorite Disney Friends, who will often be decked out in their best holiday wear! You'll also have a very special guest along for your Verry Merrytime sailing - Santa Claus, himself!
Make sure to stop by the Guest Services Desk on your first afternoon onboard for Meet and Greet ticket distribution. Some of the most popular Character Greetings (Princess Gathering, Princess Anna and Queen Elsa) have limited space, and you'll need a (free) ticket to reserve a spot in line.
It looks like you'll have temps with highs in the low-80s and lows in the mid-70s for your sailing this week, which sounds like perfection to me!
I hope you have a most magical time on your Disney Cruise Line vacation. Bon Voyage and Merry Christmas! - Diane W.
