    We are headed to Carribean Beach Resort next week. I am curious if the coffee pot uses K cups or the soft coffee pods/pads. My kids like hot cocoa as a treat in the morning and I am not sure what to plan. If no K cup, can you use it for hot water? Thanks!

    Hi Angela, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are going to Walt Disney World NEXT WEEK! My family is also counting down the days to our stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and I’m so excited for all of us!

    I just love that you are planning a special hot cocoa treat for your Mouseketeers! What a sweet, pixie-dusted pick-me-up for your magical mornings. I double checked with a Cast Member, and I am happy to confirm that you will find a Keurig-style coffee machine in your resort room at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Mousekeeping will provide coffee and coffee accessories each day, but you will need to bring your own cocoa. You’ll also be able to find coffee, tea, and hot cocoa packets at the Island Markets around the resort.

    Since you asked about specialty beverages, I have to tell you about some awesome drinks at Disney Springs. At Goofy’s Candy Company, Guests can mix up fun slushies right in the middle of an amazing candy store – it’s every kiddo’s dream! At the Disney Springs Starbucks, they offer creative drinks themed to Disney attractions, movies, and lands. Or, if a classic latte is more your style, head to Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company for their phenomenal Disney latte art (and one of their scrumptious pink donuts). So much drinkable magic!
