We're headed to Caribbean Beach Resort in a week! Is it ok or frowned upon to decorate the windows? If ok, what are the guidelines/restrictions for doing so? Thanks!

Hi there Tommi, how exciting that your trip to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" is coming up so soon, let the countdown begin!

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is such a wonderful place to stay during your vacation, you truly cannot beat the location and having direct access to the Disney Skyliner!  We love that the Disney Skyliner takes us directly to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, we usually spend a lot of time at both of those parks.

I have good news to share, you are able to decorate your windows during your stay!  I spoke to a helpful Cast Member, and as long as the decorations are removable and do not leave any damage, they should be fine.  Some recommendations to use are plastic suction cups, vinyl window clings, and plastic hooks with damage-free adhesive strips.  I'm sure some special decorations will add an extra touch of magic to your trip!

If you are celebrating a special occasion during your vacation, I'd definitely explore some options to make those celebrations a bit more special such as in-room floral & gifts for a fun in-room surprise, or order a Mickey Mouse celebration cake if you have a dining reservation at a table-service restaurant.  Don't forget to stop by the front desk of the hotel or Guest Relations at any of the theme parks to collect your complimentary Birthday, Anniversary, or "I'm Celebrating" button to commemorate the occasion!  I'm sure you'll receive some special shout-outs from both Cast Members and Guests during your trip!

I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming trip, Tommi!  I'm happy to help with any other questions before or after your trip, so please come back and ask!

    Have a magical day,
    Melissa
