We are headed back to disney world in 2 months and I was wondering if they offer rooms in the hotels that don't have connecting doors inside the rooms. I understand the reason the have them but I'm a very light sleeper and can hear everything.

    Hi Jason,

Woo Hoo!  Your trip is just around the corner!  All of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels offer a variety of rooms which include those with connecting interior doors and those without.  Since your top room preference is to NOT have a room with an interior connecting door I advise you to place a room request for this now on your current room reservation and also request this again on the day of your arrival to your Disney Resort hotel.  While requests are not guaranteed, the Cast Members will do their best to meet them provided they have the room availability.

In order to place a room request you should either contact your travel agent if you used one or call the phone number listed in the following link for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.  Please be clear that you are asking to NOT have a room with an interior connecting door.  The reason I emphasize to be clear that you are requesting not to have this feature is because most often I hear from Guests who do want this feature.  I would hate for there to be an accidental misunderstanding.

Thank you for your question Jason.  Please let us know if you have any further Disney vacation planning questions.  We are always happy to help!

    Blessings,
