We are headed back to Disney for our 6th time in 7 years but we've NEVER been to TL or BB, so we are excited about trying it out! ? best way to get to either place from Pop Century. Any suggestions on where to eat breakfast before we hit the water parks?

Hello Penny!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I happen to LOVE the Disney Water Parks and try to visit at least one each trip we take to Walt Disney World, I think you are in for a treat.

You can get to either water park right from your resort.  There will be a bus that stops at your bus stop that will take you to either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.  You'll just need to watch the screens and hop on when you see one.  If it were me, I'd grab a bite to eat right in Pop Century's food court.  My family and I really love the breakfast there.  In march, I tried the Pop Tarts breakfast sandwich and it was really delicious.  This breakfast "sandwich" was two toasted strawberry Pop Tarts with eggs, bacon and cheese in the middle - sounds sort of weird I know but it had that sweet and salty combo going on that was awesome.  There's also a create your own omelet station, french toast, pop waffles and so much more to choose from.  I really like snacking at the water parks too.  They both have some fun and unique treats to choose from.  At Typhoon Lagoon, my favorite thing to get is the Sand Pail.  It's literally a sand pail filled with chocolate and vanilla, waffle cone pieces, cookie pieces, hot fudge, sprinkles, caramel sauce, strawberry sauce, fluffy cream and a cherry!  It's big enough to share.  There are also some really great mini doughnuts I like to snack on and some great sandwiches like the Turkey Pesto Sandwich.  Blizzard Beach also has their version of the sand pail and mini doughnuts so whatever park you are going to, you wont miss out.  The sandwich options at The Warming Hut at Blizzard Beach offer some really unique options you'll want to check out.  If it were me, I'd eat a light breakfast (maybe share) and snack around the water parks.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, please come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
