Hi Emily, Happy New Year and welcome to planDisney!
Can you believe your trip to
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is nearly here? My family visited the Resort exactly a year ago, and I dream of returning. One of my favorite things about a
Disney Vacation Club Membership is staying in a
Villa that fits my large family and has the comforts of home. My family has a few picky eaters so having a full kitchen allows for flexibility with meals and snacks.
I spoke with an Aulani Resort Cast Member who confirmed that groceries can be delivered to the Resort. Due to space limitations, groceries cannot be stored at the Resort so you will need to be present to receive the order. There are several local delivery services you can use or, if you’d rather, you can take advantage of the
Aulani DVC Member grocery order form to ensure your fridge is properly stocked with the items you need. If you’re in a pinch,
Kalepa’s Store at Aulani Resort carries a limited selection of groceries; it’s conveniently located a few steps away from the Maka’ala lobby on the ‘Eva Tower side. Don’t forget to show your digital DVC Membership Card for a discount.
If you’re looking to take a break from cooking, there are several delicious dining options at Aulani Resort such as
Makahiki, (if you choose to have breakfast here, be on the lookout for Mickey Mouse and some of his pals), the poolside
Ulu Cafe (known for its poke bowls and sandwiches), or if you’re basking on the beach, a frozen treat from
Little ‘Opihi’s - Beachside Kiosk might be just the thing to cool you down.
Emily, I hope this information is useful with your planning for your rapidly approaching trip. Aulani Resort is such a magical place; you will feel like you’re in paradise! Please visit
planDisney for any planning or DVC questions, we’re happy to help!
A Hui Hou, (this means until we see each other again in Hawaiian)
