We are headed to the Animal Kingdom Lodge with a 3.5 year old; do they offer toddler beds?

    Hi Angela,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I’m more than happy to help out!

I think you are absolutely going to love staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Being so close to the animals is such an amazing experience, and I’m sure your little one is going to be so excited to see them. Complimentary Pack ‘n Plays are available at your resort, but I’m not sure if your three and a half year old will be able to comfortably sleep in one. The recommended size is up to 25 to 30 pounds and under 35 inches tall. So only you will know best if this will work for your child. Some resorts do offer a bunk-size pull-down bed in order to accommodate a fifth person but unfortunately, this resort does not have that option. Many of the Deluxe Resorts also have a day bed in addition to the two queen beds and will accommodate a fifth person. If you think either of these might be a better choice for your family, you can always call the reservation line and have a Cast Member check the availability for you.

I hope this helps with your planning and if you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask us. We are always here to help. Enjoy your vacation and make lots of magical memories!
