Can we head to the water park before our walt disney resort room is ready on the day we are checking in?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Karen!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World!  From thrilling attractions that make your heart race to meeting your favorite characters, you are in for one wild, MAGICAL ride. It will be like stepping into a giant playground where every corner holds a new surprise, and the fun never stops. So, grab your Mickey ears and get ready because this trip is going to be one incredible adventure!

I am so excited that you will be taking advantage of visiting a Disney water park for FREE on your Disney Resort check-in day! This is one of the coolest perks Mickey has ever offered, so I know you are going to have the BEST DAY EVER!

Now, are you ready for some TIGGER-ific news? I am very happy to share with you that you can absolutely visit a water park before your Walt Disney World resort room is ready on check-in day! As long as you’ve completed online check-in or stopped by the front desk to officially check in, you're free to start enjoying the day. My advice is to pack a day bag with your swimsuits, sunscreen, and anything else you’ll need for a splashy adventure at Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach. Bell Services can hold the rest of your luggage while you dive into the fun. It’s actually a great way to kick off your vacation—why wait around when you can be floating down a lazy river or racing down a water slide? By the time your room is ready, you'll already feel like you're deep into vacation mode!

As you continue to plan, make sure you check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information regarding all things Disney. Mickey and his pals have some incredible surprises planned, and we don't want you to miss any of the fun!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
